Systems
CompSci has developed many custom Internet and intranet web-based enterprise solutions within the financial, legal, and regulatory industries.
We have developed the following solutions:
Enforcement Tracking and Analysis Systems
Enforcement tracking and analysis systems are used by the securities industry to request and analyze data. Additional features include the ability to email, fax, print, and track correspondence within the systems. These systems contain external components to receive data from the financial industry.
Complaint and Correspondence Tracking Systems
Complaint and correspondence systems are used by the regulatory community to track complaints or correspondence received from the public. Features include the ability to route complaints or correspondence within an organization, search existing or similar complaints or correspondence, and track daily tasks as they relate to complaints or correspondence. Additionally, the systems have external web-based components that the public can use to file complaints or correspondence, which the components then transfer directly into the intranet system. The intranet systems also allow users to manually input information.
Testimony Tracking Systems
Testimony tracking systems are used by the legal community to receive testimony throughout the country for input into an organization's internal database.
Referral Systems
Referral systems are used by the legal community to submit and receive referrals throughout the country. These referrals are then considered by an organization as to whether or not the referral should be considered for an investigation or case.
Online Survey Systems
Online survey systems are used by the regulatory, financial, and legal community to dynamically generate surveys which are then submitted to a selected group. These systems capture the surveyed information and provide analytical capabilities to be performed.
